In compliance of Saudia Cargo and KSA Government regulations the Company has embraced the
compliance regulations and enacted Employee Data Protection Privacy ACT.
This Privacy Protection Act requires HR primarily to register and process information about you
for employment purposes and administrative uses only. This Act covers you and your legal
dependants registered in our Employee Data Process System to meet or comply with unknown
Legal obligations and ramifications. Therefore, this is mandatory & inclusive part of this
Employment Contract to obtain and you consent to that:

Your information may be shared to pursue the Company’s legitimate business interests, to
prevent and detect fraud and for all legal and legitimate issues.

Essentially it is important & necessary that you verify your, including your dependents,
Personal Information, and incumbent up on you to notify change or request change in your
record & status as registered and facilitate updating Company’s HR System.

The Company may disclose information about you to third parties where we are legally
obliged to comply with legal and/or contractual duties to our business partners and
governments in the jurisdictions where we operate our businesses. For instance, we may
need to pass on certain information to pension or health insurance schemes.

You have the right to complain to HR Executive Director or Higher Executive if you believe
that your personal data is being misused and/or unduly processed by the Company.
