Saudia Cargo Customer Information Center (CIC)’s objective is to provide our domestic and international customers with the required information, services and innovative solutions for their outgoing, transit and arrival shipments.

The center handles all customer complaints and enquires related to delayed or missing shipments and provides proactive problem solving services. It will take corrective action to trace and assure forwarding of delayed shipments in domestic and international stations. Moreover, the center will provide contact details for domestic and international GHAs and GSAs upon request.

Working Hours

7AM till 11PM (+3 GMT), Saudi local time, 7 days a week.
