A very knowledgeable and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience and a permanent representative of Saudia Cargo to the IATA CASS Policy Group and the IATA Cargo Agency Conference. Mr. Saud Abdulgader Arab is the driving force behind the establishment of the CASS Program in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Joseph Notter has been involved in all matters of transition, change management, re-alignment, re-organization, efficiency drives, quality and competence industry compliance coupled with an enormous passion for change and development. Since joining Saudia Cargo Mr. Joseph Notter has been working on instilling a sense of ownership and belonging into the up and coming next generation of operations staff at the company.

Mr. Mohammed Bushnag is a true problem solver with a strong engineering, managerial and human resources background for over 10 years. At Saudi Cargo he has been entrusted with the development of a complete HR, leadership, management and HR strategy program. Understanding people and what makes them tick he will be focusing on instilling a complete set of policies and procedures to build strong work principles, training and a people first culture.
Mr. Mohammed Bushnag will ensure operational excellence, determine best practice and standardize HR operations. In addition focusing on staffing, training, compensation and benefits, HR policies, labor relations to promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
